Been there for about 10 years. Well up till a couple of years ago they were in the corner unit. Its ran by a middle aged lady named Joy. She hasn't been there often lately. No, a girl named "Anne" used to also work at Rebuild and worked at Palstan as well, which at one time was trying to appear legit but she stopped when Palstan took the inevitable turn to the dark side.
