Your description of Coco describes about 200 MPAs, all named Coco in Toronto. There's a Coco at an Asian place on almost every corner here.
I'm also getting too old for the table acrobatics. LOL But I have found some alternatives.
The non-shaving Asians gets discussed very often on massageplanet.net. Apparently it's a cultural thing. Some of the more Canadianized Asians are getting into the trend, but the FOBs are almost never trimmed.

Before I exited the room, she asked me to come see her again, that we would do more the next time.
